Did you know that you eat food everyday? Why not enjoy the process of cooking, or try to learn something knew about the basics and fundamentals of how something works, or improve your cooking every time? Much like design cooking is problem solving — What ingredients are in season or what do you have on hand? How to you work with that? I’m a sucker for a problem.
