Now, as Director of Growth & Experience at Shillington Education, she is dedicated to providing accessible and innovative design education to students worldwide. Ella and the Growth/Experience team ensure that every student has an exceptional online learning experience and gains the skills needed to succeed as designers. With a background in event management, public relations, sales and account management, Ella brings a wealth of experience to her role. She loves Shillington's ever-evolving nature and is committed to ensuring all students receive a world-class education, unlocking professional opportunities for Graduates beyond the classroom.
